The 15-video rule that changed everything

Hey there friend,

I see this mistake constantly, and it's costing people thousands of dollars every month.

You find a product you think has potential.

You make 3-4 videos for it.

They get mediocre views and maybe 1-2 sales.

So you move on to the next product.

Then you repeat this cycle 20 times and wonder why you're not making any money.

Here's the truth: You're not giving any product enough time to actually prove itself.

This is why I created the 15-video rule.

And it's the single biggest reason I went from inconsistent $2k months to consistent $15k+ months.

Here's how it works:

When I find a product I want to test, I commit to making 15 videos for that product before I even consider moving on.

Not 3 videos. Not 5 videos. 15 videos minimum.

Most people think this is crazy.

"But Kade, what if the product sucks? Won't I waste time?"

No. Here's why this actually saves you time and makes you more money:

First, TikTok's algorithm needs data to optimize your content. With only 3-4 videos, the algorithm doesn't have enough information to know who your content resonates with. By video 10-15, TikTok finally understands your audience and starts pushing your content to the right people.

Second, you're testing different angles and hooks. Maybe your first 5 videos focused on the health benefits, but video 12 talks about the price comparison to competitors. That could be the angle that goes viral. You'd never discover this if you quit after 5 videos.

Third, it forces you to actually get good at promoting that specific product. Most people never develop real expertise in any single product because they're constantly jumping around. When you make 15 videos for one product, you become an expert on that product's benefits, target audience, and conversion angles.

Here's what happened when I applied this rule to Moringa powder:

Videos 1-5: Terrible performance, maybe 500 views each, zero sales
Videos 6-10: Started getting 1,000+ views, couple sales trickling in
Videos 11-15: Found my winning angle, got my first 50k view video

If I had quit after video 5 (like most people do), I never would have found the angle that made me $50,000.

The same pattern happened with every product that's made me serious money.

The breakthrough always comes around video 10-15, never in the first few attempts.

But here's the key: You still need to be strategic about which products you apply this rule to.

Don't just pick random products and commit to 15 videos. Use data to make smart initial selections:

  • Look for products with existing demand but poor video content

  • Choose products from established brands (better conversion rates)

  • Pick products you can authentically promote

  • Ensure decent commission rates (at least 20%)

Once you've done your research and picked a product that meets these criteria, then you commit to the 15-video rule.

Most people fail at TikTok Shop because they're constantly switching products, never giving anything enough time to work.

They're looking for that magical "winning product" that goes viral on the first try.

That's not how this works.

Success comes from finding decent products and getting really, really good at promoting them.

The 15-video rule forces you to develop that skill.

Try this with your next product.

Pick one, commit to 15 videos, and track your results.

I guarantee you'll see patterns and improvements you never noticed when you were jumping around.

And if after 15 videos you're still not seeing traction, then you move on. But not before.

This rule changed everything for me. It'll change everything for you too.
