The opportunity won't wait for you

Hey there friend,

I was at a bar last weekend and ran into an old friend from high school.

Let’s call him “Jim”.

So I start talking to Jim about nonsense, how are you doing, etc.

Then the topic of “What are you doing?” comes up.

You know, the whole career BS.

Anyways, Jim says he’s been "planning to start a business" for the past 2 years.

He's telling me about these spreadsheets, business plans, a new, fancy logo he paid $500 for.

He even bought a domain name that he's "saving for the right moment."

Meanwhile, he mentions his 19-year-old little brother started some random side hustle last month and just made his first $5k.

So I asked why he doesn’t join up with him or spin up his own.

Jim's response?

"Yeah but what he’s doing is just a fad. I'm waiting for something more sustainable."

I wanted to shake him.

Jim, my guy, you've been "waiting for the right opportunity" since Obama was president.

Maybe the problem isn't finding the perfect business.

Maybe it's that you're allergic to actually starting one.

This reminded me of every person who asks me about TikTok Shop.

"Is it too late to start?"

"Should I wait until we’re sure that TikTok isn’t going to be banned?"

"I'm thinking about maybe possibly considering getting started next quarter."

Cool. While you're "thinking about it," my 67-year-old grandma just hit another $10k month.

She doesn't even know what an algorithm is, but she's out here crushing it.

Look, I get it.

You want to make sure you're not jumping ‘all in’ on something stupid.

You want to do your research.

You want to have a plan.

But at some point, "being careful" becomes "being paralyzed."

Here's what's actually happening with TikTok Shop:

It launched in the US in September 2023.

When I started in February 2024, it was like shooting fish in a barrel.

You could film the WORST videos and make $2k.

Now it's June 2025.

The easy money is gone, but the real money is still there.

You just need to actually know what you're doing now.

Every day I see new people joining the platform.

Every day the competition gets a little smarter.

Every day the window gets a little smaller.

I'm not trying to sell you some "act now or miss out forever" nonsense.

But let's be honest about how opportunities work.

The people who made serious money on Amazon FBA started in 2015, not 2022.

The people who got rich on YouTube started making videos in 2018, not last week.

The people who retired from crypto bought Bitcoin when everyone thought it was fake internet money.

See the pattern?

Winners don't wait for perfect conditions.

They see an opportunity and they move.

My biggest months happened because I went all in when others were still "researching."

I quit my 9-5 when TikTok Shop was paying me more than my boss.

I treated this like a real business while others treated it like a lottery ticket.

That's why I'm consistently making $20k+ months while others are making $2k months.

It's not because I'm smarter.

It's because I actually started and went all in.

If you've been "thinking about" going harder on TikTok Shop for the past 6 months, here's some free advice:

Either start this week or stop pretending you're going to.

The opportunity is still here, but it's not going to wait for you to finish your 47th YouTube research session.

While you're watching videos about TikTok Shop and trying things + getting nowhere, someone else is actually doing it.

And making money.

Don't be Jim with his fancy logo and empty bank account.

Be the little brother who just started and already made $5k.

Talk soon,

Kade

P.S. If you're done overthinking and ready to actually start, reply "let's go" and I'll send you an action plan for everything you need to do next.
